Belt Testing Permission & Registration Form
2009/2010 Belt Testing & Stripe Testing
Effective September 8, 2009. Students are required to have three red stripes (awarded for monthly word homework sheet) and three gold stripes (tested for at stripe testing on current karate curriculum) to belt test (unless they are a white belt and this is their first test, then they only require one red stripe and one gold stripe to test). All belt and stripe testings will be done on the following dates during your regular class time. BBC and Leadership members also require three black stripes (tested for at stripe testing on advanced curriculum) in addition to the above criteria.
