Our Adult Classes start at 15 and go up to 100.  We currently have many students training in their 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, and 50′s.  You are never too old to try something new, or perhaps pick up something that you may have started when you were younger.  Some of our more intense training sessions have burnt up to 1100 calories in an hour.  Our classes are a great way to get in shape, while learning something new.
